I got my refund! (Check out my earlier review). Big thanks! It would’ve been nice to get a quick email confirming they got my returned items and letting me know the refund was on its way.

Care Clothing has got to be my top online shopping experience. I've faced some challenges before when buying stuff online, but I've previously ordered clothes from this brand that were fantastic. Not long ago, I got a call right after I purchased another pair of trousers from Brian, who switched my order to a superior pair and rushed the delivery at no extra cost. I couldn't ask for better customer support and will definitely shop with them again.

I hate to say it, but I don't see eye to eye with the majority of reviews. The pants I ordered ended up being too tight, so I had to send 'em back. I think it was Brian I chatted with, and he was a bit short with me, asking why I picked the wrong size. He quickly suggested I return the trousers for a refund, which I'm still waiting on after a whole month.

I sent back the elastic waist pants since they weren't what I needed. I was bummed about not receiving a refund and thought that was the end of it, but then I got an update. Brian reached out to me, explaining there was an error with my refund; it went to someone else with a similar name. He apologized and assured me that the full refund would be processed. So, all's well that ends well.

I ordered a couple of pairs of stretchy waist pants with the Velcro adjustment. They showed up in less than 48 hours, and the quality is top-notch. Customer service was fantastic. I called to let them know my dad was being discharged from the hospital and needed them quickly. They arrived the very next morning at 9 AM. I’ll definitely be shopping with this company again.

This is a top-notch quality and a fantastic item for folks who struggle with buttons on their trousers. The 31-inch leg fit my dad perfectly, and he’s 5’11”. I’ll surely grab more of these.

They were super helpful and quick in sending my dad's new socks and trousers overnight. The quality of all three items was top-notch, and I especially liked the trousers with their 'pretend fly' and belt loops. This way, my dad doesn’t feel awkward about wearing elasticated trousers. He looks sharp and feels comfy, so he’s actually looking forward to going out again! This was our second time ordering from them, and both experiences have been fantastic. The only reason we needed new trousers was due to a change in my dad's shape. The last pair held up great in the wash and still look good after plenty of wear. I usually don’t write reviews and wasn’t asked to do this, but I think folks should know how good this company’s products are. It could save them a lot of hassle elsewhere.

The level of personal attention I got was truly exceptional. I made my order on a Saturday night, and it showed up just 3 days after. Initially, I got a note saying it would take 5 days because of the velcro request, so I shot an email, and Brian called me back that same day, which was a Sunday, to discuss the order and offer some great advice. We switched to a better pair for my Dad, and it came in just 2 days. The whole process took only 3 days from beginning to end. Brian even covered the price difference. Huge thanks to Brian, Rebecca, and everyone at Care Clothing. I’ll surely be back for more!

I was on the hunt for some genuine quality trousers for my granddad, and let me tell you, it’s been a real challenge getting out with all this covid mess, especially since he’s high risk.

I got in touch with Care Clothing, and I’ve never found a more comfy pair of trousers in my life. They offer a thermal option too, which is perfect for the chilly weather.

Their catalog was super user-friendly, and I could easily find my way around it. The staff I chatted with over the phone were incredibly helpful and radiated positivity.

I just had a chat with Brian about my order, and his response was, "It's New Year's Eve." It's fine to sell stuff on New Year's Day, Boxing Day, and even Christmas, but heaven forbid you ask him about your items! He put the blame on the virus and the postal service. I just hung up from that whiny guy.

REPLY: Tell Brian he ought to keep track of the days if he’s gonna treat customers like that. You know the Trafford Centre stays open until 10 PM? If they don’t want orders processed outside regular hours, then they shouldn’t be accepting them. If my items don’t show up after a week and the company can’t even be bothered to give an update, then they’re not worth my time! :)

We just got our initial delivery from this company. I can genuinely say it’s excellent. The trousers were priced quite reasonably and are of good quality. Plus, the delivery was super quick, thanks to a reliable courier!
